Your team will receive a customized training program which will be age-appropriate and designed with individual capabilities in mind. We understand that your players have different requirements as the season progresses. Our program will include components of strength, agility, power, endurance, and flexibility to ensure that your players are achieving their maximum potential — in season and off season.
Proper technique and fundamentals are of utmost importance. Each session will include two trainers to ensure players are learning correct form, which is key to avoid and prevent and injuries. Each team will receive a customized nutritional seminar to ensure that each player is adequately fueling their body to meet the rigorous demands of sport.
