March Is A Great Month To Become A Member!

For the entire month of March, try your first class free. Any class on our schedule through the course of the day.

We also have a special Personal Training promotion for all new members and clients who have NEVER tried Personal Training before. Our Intro 5 pack session will be going for $199.00 +HST. That’s $100 in savings. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to take their performance to the next level, working on recovering from an injury, or just looking for some more individualized programming. This is a steal of a price so get it before it’s gone.

Spring Schedule 

With Spring arriving soon we are introducing our new Spring Schedule starting on March 23rd, 2020. We say goodbye to the beloved 9:15 and 10:15 AM classes and introduce the new and improved 9:30 AM class. As requested, we are adding a third 5:00 AM class to Friday mornings for the extreme early birds. Lastly, the Sunday Weekend Warrior Extreme will now be a 45 minute class like all other Weekend Warrior classes. It will now run from 8:30 AM-9:15 AM.

All the schedule changes will be reflected in the app.

Fiit Kiids 2.0

The second round of our Fiit Kiid’s program will be launching Sunday, April 5th, 2020. The program is designed for ages 5-13 years old and it will run for a total of 12 weeks. Early Bird pricing for $250.00 is available until March 20th, 2020, so sign up those kiddies fast to save! After March 20th, the program will be available to purchase for $275.00.

Our most important component can be found right in our name…FUNCTION. Every day, a new workout is carefully constructed with a specific purpose in mind. Muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, core stability, and flexibility are the cornerstones of a great fitness regiment, and these are the pillars upon which our house is built. No two workouts are EVER the same, and as a result, your muscular and energy systems are never able to get into a true comfort zone (this is how plateaus happen). While engaging in a FiiT Session, your body is constantly forced to adapt and adjust to the new demands. The result: metabolism is elevated and calories expenditure is increased long after you walk out the door

Housekeeping Items For The Month!

Please make sure you are signing into your desired classes on the app and checking in at the Ipad when you arrive at FiiT House. We are still having a lot of members not signing into class and/or checking in. Members will be asked to leave the class if it is at capacity and if they did not sign into the class. You also risk forfeiting your spot if you are not on time for the class and there are people waiting here to get in.

The late cancellation penalty will increase to $10+HST on January 1st, 2020. When you do not cancel your class within the 8 hour notice period, other members miss out on workouts. This increase will help reinforce early cancellations to make sure we get all of our members in for a workout. 

We will be closing the door for warm up, reopening the door for late comers and then closing the door again for demo. If you miss demo, you will not be able to participate in class. If you miss the warmup, please wait in the hall by the gym door, ready for the door opens to let you in. Safety is our number one priority. By missing demo, trainers spend the first round reteaching the demo and time is taken away from others. This time is for correcting form and ensuring a positive experience.

We kindly ask that all members refrain from bringing in coffee, open cups and gym bags into the classroom. The front desk will no longer be providing water cups. Safety is our number one priority. There have been spills and glass breaking in the gym. There have also been some trips over excess personal items in the gym. This will help to declutter the classroom, avoid spillage and remove tripping hazards.
